My name is Tori Caine
I'm a dance teacher and event co-ordinator from Southampton, Hampshire. I have a passion for teaching a varied range of dance styles to students of all ages and abilities, along with supporting local charities with all aspects of event management.
School of Dancing
Established in 1998, Tori Caine School of Dancing offers classes, examinations and performances to children and adults in Classical Ballet, Tap, Modern Theatre, Jazz, National and Folk Dance.
Classes are held at the spacious traditional setting of St. Peter's Church Hall, Maybush and those attending from further afield can join online.

Movement and Dance for Parkinson's is facilitated by Parkinson's UK Salisbury Branch and is co-taught by Tori and Samantha Gillingham.
The class is very social and is combined with a calendar of regular meet ups and events. Dancers feel the benefit of targeted movements to upbeat music by following the Dance Science approach to class.

What a pleasure it is to be part of Tori's Steady & Strong Class. Tori is not only an extremely good teacher as she explains and demonstrates the routines ,we then follow to fun Music. She is a very personable person and makes one feel Special.
The Exercises have been and are most beneficial for my stability and helped me especially while out walking my dog as have stopped me from falling!
Also we have been taught how to manage if we do fall to cope and then getting ourselves up. All in all a class most worthwhile to do .
